You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. This is your “magical window” to ensure everything is just right for your adventure.

- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and magic intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number is required.
- Initiation: Contact us within the 15-day window to start the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.

Once your return is approved, here’s the treasure map for your refund:
- Inspection & Approval: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval.
- Funds Appearance:

🔒 Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
- Opened Collectible Figures & Toys: Once removed from their original packaging, the magic is unleashed! This includes Batman action figures, Disney Princess dolls, Harry Potter collectibles, DC Comics toys, and all character toys where the packaging is part of the collectible value.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Any merchandise enchanted with names, dates, or special requests.
- Intimate Apparel & Wearables: For hygiene reasons, character underwear, swimwear, socks, and baby character clothing that has been removed from its original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
- Damaged by Customer: Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, magical mishaps, or accidents.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” in our store.
- Digital Products: Downloadable content, digital codes, or virtual items.
Why these rules? Just as some spells are irreversible, we must ensure all character merchandise is safe and magical for every fan in our fellowship.
