- Personalized or Custom-Made Items.

- Items Damaged by Customer after delivery.
- Final Sale Items clearly marked as such.
- Digital Products.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Inspection & Approval: 3-5 business days.
- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval.
- Funds Appearance: 5-10 business days for cards; 3-5 days for PayPal.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
